Ingredients
½ bag of 7 g of dry yeast
1 teaspoon liquid honey
45 g unsalted butter or butter

Method

Gradually, start to incorporate the flour on the sides until it begins to form a thick paste, then bring it with your hands; It should be soft and sticky, so add some water if you think it needs it.
4 - Knead the dough on a surface covered with flour for about 5 minutes or until it is smooth, then place in a lightly floured bowl.
5 - Cover with a clean cloth and leave in a warm place for 1 hour 30 minutes or until the size has doubled.
6 - Once raised, push the dough with your fist, then divide it into 6 balls. Roll each oval portion about 1½ cm thick.
7 - Heat a large nonstick skillet over high heat, add naan bread and cook for 5-6 minutes or until cooked through, turning halfway through cooking.
8 - Brush with the remaining ghee, sprinkle with Nigel seeds and a small pinch of salt. Keep the heat in the oven while preparing the rest of the loaves. Delicious served with your favorite curry.
