Turmeric powder - 2 pinches
Red pepper powder - 2 tablespoons.
Coriander powder - 2 tablespoons

Salt to taste

Method:
1. Heat the oil in a skillet.
2. Add the fennel seeds and let brown.
3. Add the red pepper and fry for a few seconds.
4. Add large onions, curry leaves and fry until onion is golden brown.
5. Add tomatoes and fry until cooked.
6. Add all the powders and fry until the raw smell disappears.
7. Add cauliflower flowers, water (enough to cook vegetables) and salt.
8. Let it boil for a few minutes.
9. Lower the flame, close the pan and cook the cauliflower.
10. When cooked, fry until thickened.
