Ingredients:

pumpkin (42 oz. cube)
2 slices of tomatoes

Cooking instructions:

Add corn oil to the stove over high heat.

Add the cumin seeds and the mustard seeds. Cook about 30 seconds

Add crushed red peppers. Add the curry leaves. Cook for another 30 seconds.

Add the pumpkin. Mix well and mix well so that the spices are well distributed. Cook 1 minute.

Lower the heat to medium-low. Cook another 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Turn off the stove. Add green pepper, mint and coriander. Squeeze the lemon on the top.

Serve with Indian bread.
